These guys are just as sleazy and deceitful as your typical used car salesmen. I foolishly thought that because they represent the Lexus brand they would provide quality, trustworthy service. Boy did they prove me wrong. If you are looking to trade your car in or buy a used Lexus, RUN don't walk to literally anywhere else.

Our sales person, Chris, was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The facility was clean and orderly, the other employees pleasant and welcoming. My wife and I were very pleased overall, with the exception of the finance manager. This guy wanted to sell us an extended warranty and would not take "NO" for an answer. We nearly cancelled the purchase right there before the fourth "NO" got through to him.

DON'T GET YOUR LEXUS DETAILED OR SERVICED HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. Calcium water spots ALL over my car, floors not vacuumed or steam cleaned, did not wax my car. When I had an issue with the quality of the interior/exterior DETAIL, I was told from their staff don't come back and take my business elsewhere. I was told $400 was a SALE price and that my standards are too high. what part of detail means not doing the job and not paying attention to the details? Not only that but they were supposed to replace the bad actuator on my tailgate. This is the second time and they did not replace it. only greased it. Currently still has same problem. Attention Lexus owners. do you really want to get sub par service on your $50,000 + car?
