Approximately 3 weeks ago my daughter had the opportunity to visit and found a car she wanted and bought. She went there based on a friend's recommendation who had purchased vehicles from you in the past. When there was a concern with his vehicles and engine problems you cared for them. In this case of my daughter, you did not. The next day after purchasing her car, the problems started. She called you immediately and your reply was to bad so sad. Her friend then called and your response was the same. On top of it you were rude and out of line. Did she get a massive reduction in price, yes. Why was that? You knew the car had major issues and happy to sell it to a single mom who had worked for over 2 years to save to finally purchase a car to transport her and kids. She shared in the beginning her position and could not afford to purchase a lemon. You then assured her you would never do that to a single mom. Well gentlemen you did! No remorse or offer to fix the problems as I see you have done for others. Just a hit the road attitude. Shame on you. Every time we go to a auto outlet for parts reps see the name of where she purchased the car and not once have they had anything good to say about your establishment. Parts in the engine were liquid glued. Don't tell me that when asked the condition of the car and if anything major was wrong you did not know. Your response was horrific. Now this single mom is reduced to fixing these major problems herself with you tube videos because she has no more money to hire a licensed mechanic. Again, shame on you and this will not be accepted. So I ask you, gentlemen, what are you going to do in assisting her with car repairs? Please put it in writing here on a reply or we will seek other avenues which you may not like. Looking forward to your response. Maureen Caputo MSW.

I bought a car from tk auto in June 2021. By the time I left it was already running incorrectly. I called and was told they are sold as is (I know) But nothing too major so I tried too let it be. Big mistake. Definitely was MAJOR problems. Now I’m out a car that I still have too make payments on for 4 more months. With no way too get work or my child around. Called too see if there was anyway any of their mechanics could work on it and add too my payments but was told “nope they are booked out for two months” and sent on my way. Just hurts cause this was the last birthday gift my deceased father had gotten me because I needed a RELIABLE car and ended up in a worse situation then I was with my original vehicle & now it’s just all a loss. Honesty goes a long way and I just wish that the direct issues would’ve been explained too me and the sale wouldn’t had been so rushed. Not too mention how rude the service got after the first payment very short with me all the time. No way they didn’t know how bad it actually was.You live and learn I suppose.

Tony sold me a truck that at the time I thought was nice however after $3000 and still more work to be done. Tony refuses to respond to my phone calls or texts. He likes to sells lemons at top dollar and will not fix what you find is wrong with the vehicle. Will never by another vehicle off his lot. Scam artists!

TK has been nothing but good to me and my friends. Always polite and willing to work with me and my issues. I bought a car recently, had a mechanic check it out and whatever he found TK fixed right away along with promise to be here for me with other issues. His crew is always nice too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dependable car.
