They turn around my orders very fast every single time and with the biggest smiles ever— not only customer service focused but do a PERFECT job every time, even with all of my crazy specifications— I’ve tried other FedExs since then and it’s just not the same as this dream team!!!

She multitasked phone and in person orders and questions on a busy Sunday morning (5/15/22) with a big smile on her face never wavering from making certain everyone was taken care of and that she had approval before taking any order. I walked in completely stressed because my local 4th Ave San Mateo office never opened as advertised at noon and walked out of 36th and El Camino post Floria with enormous relief.
