Great fun for our toddler to have a safe wave-free beach. The park was overrun with large group parties when we were there, so parking was horrendous. Playground is chipping/splintering and needs some TLC.

Great little park along the water. There are picnic tables and bbqs to use as well. There is a play structure and a large beach area. The parking lot is quite large and I've never had trouble finding parking.

Very cool park where the kids and adults can swim. The playground equipment is slightly worn and old, but works well. This place would be 5 stars if it had a shower or an area for washing your body after you swim.

There is now a $10 per day fee to anchor out which is a drop in the bucket considering what it cost to anchor at other places. But if your just visiting the beach by land it's free.
I don't know if there's a fee. But I believe there's a building located on the premises. It could be their office. I have seen people grilling their though
No not safe, only for boats.
It does depend on the quality of the water they usually post it at the beginning of the day.

Never see tents there. Canopy or shade should be perfect to use there
