Never have I been so disappointed in UPS customer service. Jon was not consistent with trying to help me, only in getting me out of the way and when I asked a question he stated “ I don’t have time for this today”. My package still has not been scanned in and it’s been over 24 hours , I almost feel like he wouldn’t send it because that’s how rude he was to me.

Jon the “ manager “ was extremely rude and not helpful at all ! Another gentlemen was also not helpful at all and I will never return to this UPS location again. I have never had such issues

I have had great customer services at this location. Today especially was outstanding. I was selling an item for the first time, and the lady who helped me saw that I wanted to limit the personal information I made available to my buyer on the package and really looked out for me. I appreciate it and will use this location often going forward.

First I want to say that Jon has professionally and patiently explained their mailing process. However it does not negate from the fact that a member of their staff has lost my package. It does not excuse the fact that they are unwilling to do anything about it. Each store is independently owned and operated and mistakes happen. In this case I mailed a package at their location that was sent USPS. This package was extremely important. It has never been scanned as accepted by USPS and they emphatically deny receiving it. I have asked the UPS store to investigate and they decline telling me their procedure is to mail everything in the store daily. I have paid to have the package mailed and it was not. I would not recommend this location.
