Located off of Tully near the County Fairgrounds. Plenty of parking. Not busy. Easy in and out. Staff is very helpful.

There is no customer service here in the “service center”. If there isn’t a message “on the computer “ then the agent can’t talk. I guess he can only read from a script. They could have emailed me an update and saved me a trip. The parking entrance is easy to miss. The neighborhood is sketchy too. Spent two days playing pong with my package. Never did get it before it was returned. SMH.

The people there at 7th st. are the best and I'm in there everyday. I always feel welcomed and the conversations stay very personable and positive. It's no nonsense and professional in every way! It's definitely 5 stars for 7th st.

Why even bother paying extra for a quick overnight delivery when they dont even make it? I was in need of that package on Friday. They came at 9am!! Im a teacher and Im at work, how am I supposed to sign for something at 9am? Same garbage service when Ive tried to call. "oh its on its way." Waited all day Saturday. Didnt leave the house. Called "its on its way, should be there before 7pm." Ummm the estimated delivery was before 12pm. Where is it? Looking at the map on the website, its going back to the delivery center!!!!!! Never knocked on my door, did not deliver, and I am SO sick of UPS. From now on its a "deal breaker" if I try to buy something and UPS is the delivery, Im ordering from somewhere else! Waisted my time and money on this garbage! I'll go with FedEX or even old fashion USPS. Their service slower, but you got your package on time!

I work at the ups on 7th we do not wrap anything, we have the materials for you to do it youself most we will do is help u with the bubble wrap and tape the box up but it needs to be ready to go . All we do in the warehouse is label them and load it on the trucks

About 3 to 12 hours at this UPS location unless it is at the locker then it would be 24 to 48 hours
Ups does residential on Saturday.. So if you ordered it to your home it should get ther to day.. Or track your package on google using the tracking number.. It starts with a 1z
