Could this be the worst Burger King in Charlotte? Who knows. All I’m saying is that whenever I go, I tell my husband that maybe I’ll come back with our food-maybe not. There’s always an issue when I go such as not accepting credit cards. The last time I went they forgot part of my order. If nothing like that, then there’s a long wait. I try not to rate fast food options too harshly. And maybe there’s just always an issue the times I go and it’s great any other time…

I door dash and they accepted the order but when I arrived everyone was sitting in the empty dark lounge area EATING and refused to make my door dash order after accepting and taking the customers funds smh with no explanation at all ! This location as well as the one on Brookshire is always closing super early because they clearly don’t want to work ! This location also needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for better staffing and service or shut down completely!!

Definitely in need of improvement in regards to speed of orders as well as getting orders correct. My last visit took longer than expected as I had to go through the drive thru twice to get my order correct. The manager was somewhat accommodating, so appreciative of that but would like more attention to orders to avoid future issues.
