This location tried to scam me. I went in for emission and safety inspection. Failed emissions with no feedback other than check engine light was triggered. I was also told than rotors and pads needed to be replaced. I took to another shop and brakes are fine. Waiting on emissions. Computer needed to be reset.

Job got done but wait time was extreme. What should've took 30min I waited for over an hour to find out that they had to order a part. Instead of communicating with me they just had me waiting. IhD to ask to see what was going on. Communication is key! Use that next time you have a paying customer sitting in your lobby for over an hour for an oil change.
