Be very careful of this location!!! They are in a wealthier location and take advantage of customers who are willing to pay for things there car/truck does not need. I took my 2007 Toyota 4Runner in for a simple state inspection and they used scare tactics to suggest my 4Runner was in rough shape and created a lengthy list of items that needed to be replaced immediately. I have my own mechanic who just changed the oil and thoroughly looked it over. I recommend avoiding this location.

I dropped off my SUV for a brake light issue. I didn't have an appointment but Brandon was very helpful and told me to drop the vehicle off and they would make sure to squeeze it in during the day. He called me back a few hours later and explained that the pads were good and that it was a sensor. The sensor was less expensive than the pads would have been. He was very honest throughout the whole process. The car was finished by the end of the day. Everything was great and the whole experience was positive. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and Brandon was particularly helpful.

Good Communication. The Ballantyne location was able to secure the tires and price processed for my Hyundai in my online quote via Woodies website. Also the quote was not increased once I arrived. They provided a detailed list of items needing attention, and did not push me to have the work done. We all know the "clipboard" experience, and I appreciate not being pressured to do work that did not need immediate attention. Will bring my Rav4 there for tires ....

I took my car here for 2 different repairs last fall, both cost a significant amount of money ($700+ each), because I was hoping it would be a little cheaper than going straight to the dealership for a diagnostic. Well, I called the dealership this time because I need to get a new light socket, and they looked up my VIN, and it turns out my car has 2 recalls, which had to do with the repairs I got here last fall. If I had gone to the dealership, they would have been able to make those repairs at no cost. I bought my car used, so the notices might have been going to the original owner. Thankfully, I should be able to submit my invoices to the manufacturer and get reimbursed for the repairs. However, I don’t know if this place just didn’t look up my VIN to see if I had any recalls, or if they just didn’t tell me and took my money. I’ll likely be going straight to the dealership from now on for major repairs.

You'll have to call them. They may be able to give you an estimate over the phone, but you'll probably be better off bringing it in. They'll give you an estimate after they look at it.
