I don't know why people give these guys less than five stars. Herbie takes excellent care of his customers, I've dealt with the public so I imagine some of these stars are because you just can't please everybody.

I had the most pleasant experience today at the UPS store . Brandy is fantastic. She’s very professional and sweet . Goes out of her way to help . She’s awesome - so as long as she’s there the store will be ok .

I've came to this location to do Amazon returns a few times and never had a problem until today when the guy tried getting me to buy boxes to return items. All of my return codes have looked the same as this one and the other ups store had no problem accepting it without trying to make me buy things. Bad customer service

This is the most unprofessional store. The staff are extremely racist. Your not allowed to inquire about there hidden fees there charging as they have nasty attitudes as if your not allowed to inquire about what your paying for. The staff uses profanity towards you. Interesting that there is never a person of diverse background working in the store.
