Positive: The customer service and friendliness of the front desk agent is the only positive I can give this hotel Negative: 1. Disgusting stained carpet with holes and cracked elevator floors throughout the hotel. (After reading the other complaints about the carpet, I’m perplexed as to why corporate does not update - incredibly disgusting) 2. Hair all over the top bed sheet - all different textures and weird brown spots on top sheet as well. Nauseating and disgusting. 3. Tons of gray hair and lint all over the couch. 4. Shower drained very slowly. Maintenance plunged with a toilet plunger and left it in case we needed it again I suppose. Disgusting. 5. Bugs!!!! My parents stayed in a separate room and had to transfer rooms due to bugs in the bathroom. I’m being kind by saying “bugs”, what my mother saw was a roach running across the bathroom floor as soon as she turned in the light! We contacted the front desk, and she quickly informed us that the roach she saw was a water bug, and they have them downstairs as well. However, she was kind enough to transfer my parent’s room, so that was a plus. Again - SHE was the only positive I can give this hotel. 6. Lastly, the stuffy, horrible, smell filthy carpet and bad plumbing. 1-10 (1 being the worst) I give the smell a 3. After today, I will never purchase a hotel again without first reading the reviews. I would hold off if booking if I were you until these things are updated - pulling up the carpet and general sanitation is up to par.

Charged $100 because I was less then 30 miles from home. I paid for room with 25k points. Took several days before the 100 was returned. Staff was complaining about another employee in front of customers. Staff treated me well as a diamond member and room had a nice big Jacuzzi type tub in the room. Breakfast was very good.

3 mornings with no hot water.. 2 different maintenance men came to try to fix it. But it didn't work. My card didn't work on 2 occasions, had to go back down to desk and get them fixed. Room was nasty. Stains on bed , chairs , and the tables were gross. Refrigerator door handle was broken . The curtains are not made to close all the way , so the street light shined directly on the bed. Very little sleep because of this. My bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean considering no hot water.

Very bad experience. Will never stay there again, and neither should anyone else. I had booked it through Priceline with an agent and since it was a last minute booking I told the agent to call the hotel while I was on the phone and comfirm my reservation. No one picked up the phone for 45 minutes. Even the agent could not believe the service. When I checked In at the hotel there was only one person working behind the counter and when the phone rang she put the customers on hold. This hotel needs serious upgrades. The carpets everywhere are old and worn out, it smelled really bad, including the elevator, hallway, and the rooms. The elevator was dirty and disgusting, it looked like it was not cleaned in a few days. I arrived at 5:00 pm and decided to take a shower, guess what, the water was cold. Called front desk and the lady said to run the water fir 15 minutes, made no difference. The water was the same next morning too. I rather pay more and stay at the Hilton Gardens which is only a few miles away. My friend stayed there and her room was absolutely amazing, upgraded with the latest decor. Very clean and modern.
