I don’t typically write reviews but after what My family and I have experienced while living at Crowne Lake I had to let other people know but choosing to live here. We live in a brand new apartment that had roaches on the counter tops and outside our door which was very embarrassing to our visitors but the apartment complex did nothing to fix the issue. As we all know roaches carry many germs as well as if they get in kids ears can cause all kind of issues. Then on top on that it was a lot of frogs right outside our door and patio area due to living by the water and my kids were terrified and were afraid to come home or go outside. I would think twice before moving to Crowne Lake!!

Apartments are great but be warned, parking is an issue. They say they are working on it, but they NEED to mark spots. I believe they do.not because they know they do not have enough spots. My daughter has had to park 3 buildings away and walk in the rain with a newborn multiple times. Once you are home from work, you do not dare leave.

I have been living at Crowne since 2018. First in a two bedroom with a roommate then in a 1 bedroom. I've never had any issues with management. When I've needed maintenance work, they have come the same day. Management also made the moving process extremely smooth and easy. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are constantly taken care of. Some of the residents aren't the most considerate when it comes to picking up after their pets but that is no fault to the complex. They have doggie bag dispensers and trash cans located throughout the complex. I would definitely recommend Crowne to anyone looking to move to the area.
