Edit - 6/30/22, Was my go to place for about 4 years and the guy who used to run this location changed awhile back, but the decline in service quality was slow as they would constantly be "backed up". I really liked this place. Usually when they take longer than normal they offer a decent discount to make up for it. This time they took forever after they convinced me to bring my car in on a day they were better staffed so I did not have to wait long. More than 2 hours later, all I got was a sorry, we're backed up. What was the point of me scheduling my appointment a week later to fit their schedule? Incredibly disappointed because this wasn't the first time they had taken a long time and I had to take an hour off of work. Changing review from 5 to 1. They do great work. I do wish appointments were honored a bit more, but I get they gotta fit in customers who have emergencies or walk in. Overall never had an issue with quality or service.

Customer service is still alive, people! I don’t write reviews that often, but I’m here to make sure my voice is heard about this establishment. I had set up numerous appointments at different Firestone locations here in the triad via online, but when I get to their place, they won’t even honor my appointment time. I booked an appointment at this particular location, Firestone West Market at Downtown Greensboro. This Firestone location is different. Jeff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I received an email on my day of appointment saying to call the location to confirm my appointment. I was disappointed at first, but I understand that they have other vehicles to finish off from previous days. He offered me different time slots and I told him my current situation that I really need that morning slot. I even told him I’d just look for another place to work on my truck. He resisted. He made sure to work with my time schedule. I told him I’d just drop off my car at 8am and pick it up around 12pm cause we have to travel to VA for my wife’s birthday. He reassured me that he’ll do his best to get it done quick. He went above and beyond. I received a call at 930am saying that my truck was already ready for pick up! I work in retail too, and I’m happy to say that retail customer service is still not dead. Jeff and his team did a wonderful job he was short staffed that day, but his guys made every effort to give quality, quick service. After the work was done Jeff have me an understandable breakdown of thee work completed. I wish him keep is cool even though he was handling, walk-ins, appointments and shoppers. He was fast and informative. His tech even made suggestions for work need now or in the near future. I would highly recommend this location.

They had been good until about 6 months ago. The front desk staff have changed, they have a new guy who is psycho. He is the younger of the 2 that is usually there, I went in because my brake sensor was lighting up. I asked for an appointment, he told me that no appointment was necessary as they were not busy, he kept the car for 8 hours, I called on 2 occasions and was told that my car was next in line. He then refused to take my calls, and kept putting me on hold despite multiple calls, I stayed on hold with him, while I drove to the business, I was on hold for 15 minutes. I arrived and left with my car. Nothing had been done. He then proceeded to crank call me, repeatedly calling my cell phone and hanging up , this started as I was leaving the business, and he kept this up for 2 days. I am certain that it was him. I am giving them 2 stars because they had been good in the past.
