One star is being gracious. My first few times at Firestone was fine. I started going around the end of 2020/ beginning of 2021. Today was unacceptable. I scheduled an appointment for today at 10AM. This appt was scheduled previously, not the same day. We got there early, drop my car off and went to do some errands. The lot was not super filled and they were already servicing 3 other cars. The guy up front informed us that there was one another scheduled appointment other than us, which was fine. We decided to pass firestone later (around 11:30AM) and the lot was still not full and they were servicing more cars.. not mine, same spot. At 1:15PM, we decided to call them. They stated that the car would not be done until 3PM!!! 5 hours for a oil change? A SCHEDUELD oil change... Wow. Well i guess the positive thing is that the manager gave me the oil change for free but got smart with us. He stated that "If you go to a doctors' office, you should be expected to wait regardless" this is an ignorant comparison because doctors appointments don't take 5 hours. Maybe 1.5 hours, tops. I will not be going here again. Thank you for the free oil change though! I would only recommend coming here if you want to wait for HOURS on end.

I really hate to say bad things about a place, but people should know about the experience I had. I bought 4 brand new tires, got an oil change and an allinment. At first I was told they couldn't do an alignment because my car was to low and was not able to pull up on the rack to do it. Well then they said they could do it. Well when I pulled away from their it was still pulling to the right bad. It was as they didn't do anything at all. The people their are really nice and helpful, but I'm just not sure if they really did the alignment or not. My brother also had a bad experience with them also. I hope I'm wrong because like I said I like the employees and staff they have. I was fine with everything else I had done.
