I only visit this store for the self-service printer, it is usually crowded with people waiting to be serviced. The one time I needed to go to the counter the associate was having a personal conversation with a customer that lasted too long for what I needed so I decided to leave.

Very good customer experience and found everything that I needed. I love Office Depot because I always find so many choices to choose from when it comes to stationary and other items. Customer Service is always on point and greeted with a smile.

Made an online order at 11am. I get a confirmation email at 11:22am. 6pm rolls around and I neither the text nor the email letting me know my order is ready. I head to the stores customer service desk and the rep is having a nice conversation with a customer. Sees me in line but shows no intention of ending their conversation despite it not being related to anything OD does. It's my turn, I tell him what's going on and he directs me to the shelf with finished documents. It's not there. I come back he asks for my name and then moves on to the next customer. I sit there while he starts another irrelevant conversation with the next 2 clients. Finally he hops on his computer and checks on my order to find that he never even started it I guess? It took 10 seconds to print it and hand it to me. That's all my visit should have been but instead I had to sort through two whole conversations he had with other customers before getting the order I placed at 11am... Do not recommend.
