They are going out now. I would give a week or so... other wise you can print the bill from their new website. Tax.smcgov.org

Any day now... they are due November 1st late after December 10, then February 1st late after April 10th.. You can see your bill at tax.smcgov.org

How likely is it that prop 13 will be repealed? And will it be solely on commercial properties, Or will residential properties follow?

In my opinion very unlikely. If it was then taxes would skyrocket and we would chase most elderly owners out of their homes. For the common homeowner who only own one home and stay in the home for a long period of time Prop 13 is very beneficial... most who complain about it are either new owners that do not understand it, people who like to change homes relatively often, or people who own multiple houses and like to buy and sell often. The benefits of prop 13 are a lot greater than most understand.
