This location has two extremely rude employees. They made a mistake on my order and they turn around and denied it. This isn't the first time. They also seem to make up the costs for project one day I come in it costs a specific amount the very next day it's something different. If you ask a question the young man and lady are plain nasty. They treat the customer very badly. I really would give them zero stars but it won't let me post otherwise.

I had a very short notice same day print job and Sammy took care of everything and left me with no worries. I was located across the country and needed documents for a colleague and she coordinated everything and managed to get everything done and ready for him by the end of the business day. It’s rare that you find such great customer service and efficiency, but they managed to provide both!

Postal Annex is great for my specialized mailings - and they keep a notary on staff! The wait is never long, and the staff is always skilled and helpful. There's also a nice selection of cards, as well as a limited amount of office supplies - the supplies aren't at Costco prices, but sometimes it's worth it to me to grab envelopes or post-its for immediate use. Can't beat this place for convenience, and the prices are reasonable. I might be able to save a few pennies on the USPS mailings by going to the post office, or a few pennies on UPS by finding a UPS location, or by finding a FedEx location... but this place does it all, does it quickly, and does it with a smile.
