No inventory of bikes, parts, or accessories. Took a rim in to be straightened. I ended up throwing it away. They couldn't get the dish right. The old man running the place is friendly and knowledgeable, but he seems more like a tinkerer and bike collector. I'd say he has been in it too long and is not running a good business anymore.

Owners are very customer service based, family owned and have been in the community for quite some years and they have a good reputation. Suggestion, they had many bikes in for service and not sure if there's a backlog yet, but spring is just around the corner, yahoo!!!

Great shop, good people! I’ll be honest, I haven’t purchased anything yet or had any services done. But I’m new in town, here for work, and brought my mountain bike with me. The first time I went in I had a great conversation with a guy working there, I didn’t get his name, but he was very friendly and answered all my questions about the local places to ride, converting to tubeless tires because of the goatheads thorns in the area, etc! The 2nd time I came in was to purchase a spoke tool, this time I believe it was the shop owner that was working. He didn’t have any for sale, but the shop owner, let me borrow the tool for the night, since he was about to close up. I’ve not had customer service like that from anyone on the west side like at all. Once my bike needs some service, I will not hesitate to bring it here! Customer service goes a long way, these guys are great!!

I cannot speak for the other "Bad experiences" had by others, but for my personal experience; the new owners are absolutely some of the nicest bike shop owners I have ever met. I came from a biking town (Portland) and there are some that do it because they're good at it but they hate the life. Here in Moses Lake, the bike shop is nothing like I have ever experienced. They are knowledgable, dedicated to what they do, they have a love for all things bike and arguably the most important part is that they listen to you. They hear what you have to say and work with you trying to get a feel for why your bike is making that sound or not working right. Absolutely incredible.

I'm sorry. I can't answer your question. I actually didn't look at any bike prices. I'm sure if you were to call them direct they could help with pricing.
Currently they are sold out from the manufacturer calling would be your best option, could be awhile til they get any in.
It doesn't appear frin their inventory that they di that kind of work.
Yeah
