Co op bike.The bike derailleur hanger broke after not even 2 weeks of usage, it's made from bad quality recycled aluminum ( we bought a Co op bike) supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years. I had to pay 50 usd to replace a defective material. It's our first bike purchase here and definitely our last. I'm disappointed by the quality and customer service. We will go to Mike's bike next time.

Just went to exchange a Yeti lunch box that was 80 dollars for one that is 200 dollars. I know. Really expensive. I had all the original tags, but because I had no receipt, they would not let me exchange it. Very disappointing policy.

Staff are extremely helpful. I lost my purse in the store and the customer care I received when searching for it was great. They are also strict with the number of people in the store during the pandemic. Although the wait might be long I am glad that health is a priority to them.
