The crew did a great job all around. My vehicle needed several things fixed and the turnaround time was phenomenal. I stopped by during lunch, dropped my vehicle off that evening, and it was finished by the next afternoon. Good service at a good price.

*DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CARS! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!* Worst customer service experience of my life. Went in with a slow leak in my rear right tire and told the man at the service desk to see if it could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. He told me it could be repaired, charged me for the repair, and then returned my keys an hour later. I came out the next morning and the air pressure was low again. It was relatively cold the night before, so I attributed the low pressure to the weather. I put air in it and had no more problems. I woke up the next day and the tire was completely flat. I changed the tire and took it to the closest tire shop and told them that the tire had supposedly been patched over the weekend. When they took the tire off of the rim to investigate further, they discovered that the tire had NOT been patched. Since it had not been patched and went completely flat, there was sidewall damage in the tire, causing the tire to be non-reparable. When I called the Mavis customer service line and explained the situation, I was told that the regional manager would reach out. Instead, the store manager called me, and he was less than helpful to say the least. He never once apologized for the inconvenience, and instead started to shift blame. I told him that I thought it was more than fair for them to cover the tire that I now have to replace (again, because their mechanic didn't do his/her job), and his response was "the best we can do is give you $50 off the new tire." The patch job that NEVER happened cost $30, so essentially he offered me my money back and $20 off the new tire. This does not even come close to covering the inconvenience, and once again, I wouldn't even have to replace this tire if they had done their jobs. I reached back out to Mavis customer service asking to speak to the regional manager and was brushed off and never heard back. I then sent in an email customer service complaint and never heard anything. This has been BY FAR the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I have been more than respectful and accommodating and I have yet to receive an apology of any sort from anyone. I will not be returning to this Mavis location (or any Mavis location for that matter) ever again. I used to work in the tire industry, and stories like this are EXACTLY why companies like Mavis are losing customers to dealerships and mom & pop shops. No accountability, horrible customer service.

First time car owner here. Took my car in to be serviced and these guys took care of everything for me. I wasn’t charged for any unnecessary or extra services/parts. Everything was smooth and I was out the door in under 3 hours. New tires, wheels aligned, oil changed and AC recharged. If I could give them a higher rating I would and I will absolutely be returning to them in the future.
