Horrible place to work at, please don’t apply here. The manager Valeria was very unprofessional during the entire interview. Had a horrible attitude with me to begin with. She was on her phone the entire time & barely even looked at me. After I left she started talking bad about me & my mom. I heard Valeria & Evelyn are horrible managers & treat the staff poorly. They humiliate you & don’t care. Horrible place to be at. Do better.

Went thru drive-thru, had an issue with my app codes, was told to pull to the first window. When I pulled up to the window the young girl there did what she could to help and was super friendly!!! She got one manager, then got another manager and the 2nd manager to help out and everyone who helped me out to get my order straightened out was super friendly and amazing!!! If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely go to that McDonald's again!!! My order was made correctly as well!!! I was very pleased with the service I received today!!! It was the McDonald's at 717 Conover Blvd.

Ordered on the mobile app for curbside pick up... Got there parked put in my spot number... The drive-through was busy so I figured they were a little behind... after 15 minutes of no contact and my order being paid for I walked inside.... I told them I had been waiting outside for 15 minutes for my order and the manager handed me my bag and drink and said yeah it's raining so we didn't go out.... What??? Don't offer the service if your employees won't go outside to deliver in the rain... It was not pouring... It wasn't even a steady rain.... So it's better to have your customer who's paid for their food sit outside and wait... And end up with cold food because they didn't even offer to replace the food.... This location has always been good ....I am extremely disappointed...

The food was fresh and hot. Very helpful order taker. The dining room was clean and updated. I found this location to be very busy in the drive thru and observed several indoor customers. A busy restaurant is a positive sign of great food and friendly service. Using the Mobil app to gain access to free and cheaper food and drink options is a must! This location offers many parking options and easy handicap ♿ access.
