Argyle Place Apartments are very nice, with a lot of friendly neighbors n staff..JD, Beth, n the maintenance guys are always willing to help fix whatever they can right away..The broken garbage disposal n leak under the kitchen sink was fixed within 1 day..They always keep the property clean n maintained, n just had new roofs put on the apartments here. Have never had any problems.

I have black mold growing in my ceiling. My ceiling is actually starting to crack because of the water leak that maintenance won't fix. Please protect your family from this place. If you turn in a work order...YOU GET EVICTED!

Management was asked to fix a mold problem behind a caved in shower wall but kept delaying any action. Eventually, after 2 weeks, they did come to “fix it”. However, they told the tenant that they were just gonna put up a new fiberglass shower wall and seal the mold into the wall. The tenet politely asked for them to not do that and to let it dry out instead of just covered due to it being a safety issue for her sick kid whom has respiratory issues. She even said she would fix it herself if they would just dry it out. They decided they would rather leave a note of eviction for the tenant, her child, and the 3 other members of her family than fix the mold problem. So I would advise anyone looking to stay here to look elsewhere because you might get an apartment that has mold sealed in the walls and they won’t help you when you bring a problem to their attention.

Would rather cover up mold in walls and terminate a residence contract because of they asked them not to for their sick child instead of getting rid of the mold and safely housing people. If you like breathing problems, lack of life, and loads of awful people who just want money and nothing to make sure their residence are ok I suggest filling out the lease.
