Rude and horrible customer service. We've been waiting over 5 months for our couch set only to recieve a call 10 mins ago from either a Leslie or Mary speaking to us as if we're a thorn in her side. For one she called us to tell us the furniture was ready we didn't call them being rude or anything we just answered our phone with a "hello". When my husband asked about the delivery and taking the old couch she rudely tells him the sales rep who sold us the set was not working there any longer and she wrote the paper work all wrong. Mind you its been over 5 mnths since we we're at the store and nobody bothered to let us know anything or tell us what La-z-boy needed to do to make this situation correct. Not only were we just told they weren't coming to swap the old couch for the new one unless we pay another $150 but she's trying not to honor the $200 credit we're supposed to get for trading in the old couch. My husband asked her about how is she not honoring the contract when they sold us the couches to begin with and she still continued to be rude. After he finally tells her we will never do business with them again he recieves an email from Leslie or Mary as the email is written asking for the remainder of the payment before they can schedule delivery. Mind you she just called talking super rude and being disrespectful and now she's emailing us. Smh. Horribly service for such an expensive product and company. Update: Went in to the store and spoke with the manager Chanelle she was very helpful and resolved our concerns. Thank you !!

Terrible! Terrible! Customer service. Excuse after excuse, can you believe I have been dealing with this people since July of 2020. I am so done with this place and they don’t want to honor my refund. First they ordered me the wrong material then showed me discontinued fabric, had me going back and forth. Their story changing along the way. I am going on every platform to leave negative reviews until I get my money back. I should just go to small claims. I should have read the reviews before going into this store I would saved a lot of time and bs from this people. Please read my review on Yelp.

I scheduled a private appointment online for 10 am today with Chanelle and it was closed! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I drove 45 mins to this location. Apparently, I wasn't the only person fooled by their appointment time, 4 other potential customers left upset too. There's not a open location in my area so I specifically chose this location because of their availability. I'll never do business with this location!

They kept everything separated. When picking samples they sanitized everything after we touched it.

No appointment needed, we follow all CV19 county protocols at all of our locations. Our hours of operation are 10am - 7pm M-F, 10am - 6pm Sat and 11am - 6pm Sun.
