My package arrived here one week ago and seemingly hasn't budged an inch. After reading many of the reviews, I'm beginning to think there's some kind of incredible black hole gravitational field at work in Union City sucking everyone's mail into oblivion.

Fairly typical United States postal service customer service experience. People were nice enough, reasonably efficient, etc. Where I've run into problems with this location is that if the customer service desk is already closed, your options for getting support, mailing the packaged and posted items, etc can be a little bit difficult. Better to go when the customer desk is open.

If i know that your bellow average don't waste time to make appointment for this branch specially the lady for the passport is damn no helpful at all.

The passport lady thinks she owns the passport centre, usps better train your staff on how to treat public.Hopeless service. Anything next appointment, she thinks everyone has 4 weeks to wait!!!You are not suitable for public service with this garbage attitude
