I was having a hard time retreaving my contact addresses on my phone and contacted PC Paramedix for help even tho it was not involving my computer. I went down and the young man waited on me and in 5 minutes showed me how to activate my contacts. THEN after leaving I promptly forgot one step and called him back on the phone. He graciously got me straightened out. Cheerful, Helpful, and patience!!!!
