Worst experience I have ever had with a food joint. I’ve lived in Caldwell county all my life and never have had this bad of service. Our family of three went to Fresh Depot in Granite for a nice meal, which I will say the food was good, but that’s it. Service was horrible. Definitely won’t be back.

We’ve tried this place three different times (all Togo orders) and honestly was disappointed all three times! The first time we ordered burgers, got home and they were raw, the second time we tried burgers again only I asked if the could we cooked well done, and their response was “they’re always cooked well done” needless to say we got home and they were raw AGAIN! And this last time, we ordered from there again because they are one of the only few restaurants local that are actually open on Mondays, and for two hamburger steak plates ($32) the plates were half empty! (The pictures don’t really do justice) but the portions of the sides were pretty skimpy, the “sautéed cabbage” wasn’t even cooked hardly! That was the crunchiest sautéed cabbage I’ve ever tried to eat in my life, and the hamburger steak and no flavor! I don’t usually leave reviews and it takes a lot for me to leave a bad one, but this was just a little much. Three tries and not one good experience 😕

This place is really nice. It looks good inside, very clean. Service is excellent! They have a bar as well. The menu has a lot of options and specials. The food was great and never had to ask for a refill. Fresh food for sure. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our experience. The foodvwas good was very good and inexpensive. The service and atmosphere was wonderful. It was a pleasure having our lunch here today. Shelby was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly answering all of our questions. We had a burger and soup. It was made fresh, not frozen and was cooked perfectly. If we had room for the homemade desserts on the counter we are sure they would have been delicious. Definitely come back again!
