Poor costumer experience. The woman working here was very terse and not helpful at all! We felt rushed despite having an apt as though she just wanted us to hurry up. We ended up leaving and going some place else. I see the owner responded, but I'm not sure how she can write "I don't know him", the appointment was made in my boyfriend's name!

I went to every other tux rental place in the city for my wedding. None of them cut it. Then I went to Mike’s and was fortunate enough to work with Olga. Olga is a legend, a really talented stylist with the quality and selection of suits for your big event. There’s a reason why they’re always so busy!! Call ahead and schedule an appointment. I would only recommend Tuxedos by Mike for suit and tux rental. Will be back, I’m sure! Thanks Olga!

Called ahead for a fitting appointment, was told to come in for fitting. Once I was there the lady Olga start asking another of questions about my background and who was going to pay without providing me the courtesy of a fitting..I felt discriminated against. She said if I was to get a fitting she would have to ask for me to pay to put in the cleaners..looked at me as if she was skeptical of my being there..very rude, and arrogant. Would never Suggest this place to anyone.

Olga is a fantastic tailor - she did this one custom for me. This is a working class shop that turns out a really nice product. I'm 6'7" and have a nightmare finding dress. I checked out others and for the same price got a perfect fit with all the trimmings and shoes for a reasonable price. The shop is kinda wild so put on your big boy pants and go see Olga. I had a lot of fun at the fittings and again - the tux was excellent. So happy this was my first experience with tuxedos. Cheers!
