update: my mother called vineland location in regards of our order. lady was extremely rude. wouldnt be suprised if it was the same one we dealt with initially. either way VINELAND LOCATION STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND SELF CENTERED, they do not care about the customers, or they just had a specific bias against us, i dont know. either way never coming back to this location. terrible. my mother and i have been coming here for as long as i can remember. we always spend hundreds of dollars when we both want to come get a new pair. i was here 09/30/2022 to get a new pair of glasses and was not pleased at all by the service. there was a brunette with tan skin with glasses who was especially rude to me. She was seated at the desk by the glasses and i was here meeting my mother, and upon coming in she said to me “can i help you or…?” in a very agressive voice. (by then, i had already been there a few minutes. she didnt ask if i needed help when i walked in or anything.) then i had asked to see a pair of glasses and she rolled her eyes at me and did everything so agressively. 0 friendliness. i noticed this agressiveness and took it upon myself to apologize for making her have to unlock the case for me (which i shouldnt even have to do, it is their job.) she didnt say a word to me. i said thank you to her, she didnt say a word to me and rolled her eyes. she was not nice at all, ive never felt so unwelcomed. another lady was not as rude, but still rushed me and did not make me feel comfortable at all. 0 consideration coming from the staff. im so upset i gave them my service. as someone who works in customer service, i know for fact that is not how you treat customers. i was also being rushed and didnt feel pleased at all by my visit. picking out glasses should be a good experience and you should feel good after officially getting a new pair. i did not feel this way. i felt rushed and i was treated as if i meant nothing. i feel extremely uncomfortable after this experience, and i never want to come back again after this. so rude. i do not reccomend coming here. dont give them your service. im so regretting that i gave them mine. i felt like i wanted to cry after leaving. Not how someone working in customer service should make YOU, THE CUSTOMER feel. im not one to complain about these things but enough was enough. never coming again. truly disturbed. overall rude.

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW DISAPPOINTED I HAVE BEEN LATELY WITH TOO MANY CHANGES AT THE VLD. OFFICE THE TECHS ARE WONDERFUL ITS ALL THE DRS. COMING N GOING. I HAVE HAD 3 RETINA DRS. GIVE MY SHOTS THAT I NEED. I HAVE NO WARNING THEY WILL BE LEAVING AND WHEN UNDER GOING A TREATMENT PLAN THE DR. DECIDES TO LEAVE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM WALKING INTO I SUFFER FROM PANIC ATTACKS THIS BEHAVIOR IS NOT GOOD FOR MY HEALTH. THE OTHER STRESS I GO THROUGH IS THIS BILLING PRISM GROUP I REALLY DO NOT LIKE IT I WISH IN HOME BILLING COMES BACK AND NO ADMINSTRATOR ON HAND WHEN YOU CALL YOU CANNOT LODGE A COMPLAINT. TO ME ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY I FEEL LIKE A NUMBER THIS IS NOT GOOD N SCHEDULING IS TERRIBLE OF PATIENTS IVE HAD BEEN CALLED 5 TIMES IN 1 MO. TELLING ME MY DR. LEFT AND PUTTING ME ON 1 DAY THEN SWITCHING ME TO ANOTHER DAY BECAUSE THE DR WAS OVERBOOKED. BEING A NEW DR. FOR ME I HOPE HE TAKES HIS TIME WITH ME. I AM VERY SAD AT HOW THIS OFFICE HAS CHANGED.
