Marty is an exceptional store manager/representative. He's not only informative but also very personable. He went the extra mile by explaining some of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. We were attempting to set up a plan that included four lines but due to a credit glitch (it appears someone has stolen my credit) we were unable to complete the process. Once I resolve this issue I will be back to reconnect with Marty. I will also be referring people to his store for more of the exceptional service we received.

We just finished the process of getting new iPhone 13’s. We originally purchased two and were accidentally sent a 13 pro in place of one of the 13’s. Brandi was nothing but kind and helpful as we exchanged the pro for a regular 13, transferred our data, erased the old phones, explained the differences, advised us on cases and chargers, and problem solved for us. She flawlessly administered the screen protectors and was consistently pleasant and fun in our interactions. We would highly recommend this AT&T service.

I personally have had nothing but bad luck with att coverage 99percent of the time while hiking in the woods my att got no service but my buddy's straight talk always had service? Thought they used the same towers? No exaggeration
They have the latest and are always friendly and helpful.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.

No but you can make one through their website or by calling them directly. Otherwise you will need to stand outside the store I til they come get you to help you. Make sure you have a mask.

Theoretically yes. Especially if you have an unlocked phone. With that said when it comes to corporations and wrestling control from them best bet would be to go into a retail location, not a franchise, and ask them.
