03/26/2022 Update; from 1 Star to 4 stars;There was an improvement. FYI, it takes another 60 meeting to erase 1 bad impression. Keep up the good work. More details to come.. stay tuned! ************* Leasing Office thinks it is ok to live with mice. Might as will get to know them since we will be living together. Apartment with a bounce of mice .. how nice.. They will yell at you if you use legal traps or inhumane but they don't care if they break your human rights of living in a healthy place. I wander who is the manager.. or if there is one!! Anyway, get your act together and plan to exterminate the mice. They don't pay rent. And show us the contract that said we can't use a certain mice traps. The hell, get your priorities right.

Bellemeade Farms is a bright and friendly community in a great location. It’s close to shopping and other needs. Nice views and quiet community. Spacious balconies and good floor plans. The office staff is personable and super helpful with any needs or questions. Maintenance is awesome. They are quick, efficient, and explain any issues. This is a great place to call home.

Bellemeade Farms is a fantastic apartment complex and it all starts with the staff! From the property manager Kim and her assistants Caitlyn, Bonnie and Ali to the maintenance crew, led by Andrew and his assistant Matt, they are friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Whenever there there’s an issue, it gets resolved immediately and with a certain care and pride that’s not seen as much these days. They take time to make everyone who lives there feel like they’re part of a family, which is appreciated more than they know. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments in my life and Bellemeade Farms is, by far, the best managed!!!
