Thats the question I've been asking and get no answer to! It's obvious they don't care about the fraud going on in the WC Court!

Workers compensation needs to be abolished it don't protect us or or right everybody benefits from it but the workers, corruption ,fraud, favoritism. Kick back, 13 yrs of denying me my equal right to my benefits of my employment, crippling me , allowing my attorney and his wife who works for the and her associate help her husband get aways with late filing, and Judge Howell allowed employee husband to be dismissed when I had not even sign a dismissal notice the next day with any court notice to me or even aware of this happens, Judge Howell denied me equal court Judge and violated ADA I V telecomunation for the hearing impaired, now no one will help me or talk to and think there going to just let it go ..I'm going to keep fighting to get either justice or wc Court abolished how dare them do this to me .no justice in this court system ,nor any accountability , no court watchdog to over see the fraud thats going in the courts..I want answer, I want justice, I want all the money owe
