Had to track down our server twice (despite the restaurant being almost completely empty) - once to put a food and drink order in, and again to have them run our credit card. The reuben sandwich was underwhelming, with thinly sliced obviously pre-made corned beef, and not enough time on the griddle. +1 star for good fries, but it's not enough to make this place worth visiting.

Service and food was good. Plus, great selection of beers, and much more. Turkey burger was tasty. Caesar salad was good. And our daughter gave two thumbs up for the chicken fingers.

My wife and I started the evening ordering drinks. We both ordered a long Island. We noticed the Coke/Pepsi was flat and notified the sever right away, it took him awhile to come back to our section to even make the complaint. The manager then informed us he was aware of the issue as they have been having problems for several days now. Not sure why, as the customer, we wouldn't have been told prior to making the selection so that we could choose another option. Had we not said anything we would have been stuck paying for a drink we were unsatisfied with. We had to chase down the server to take our order as we waited roughly 15-20 minutes after the drinks were brought out. We were ready to order at that time, but he literally dropped the drinks off and walked away without asking if we were ready. The food was undercooked. Overall we were completely unsatisfied with our dining experience and the manager did nothing to make it right. Poor service, managment, and food. We will not be back!

I received an Uber Eats order for Steak and Chris was kind with confirming my order and when it was arriving. The steak though came medium rare and I ordered medium well and it didn't have any flavor. I called to let them know but they were way too busy.. I'm lucky I'm staying in an extended stay. So I got a pan and cooked it myself. The mashed potatos and salad was the best out of the whole meal.
