Doctor Durand and her office are the best at what they do. When you have a problem they go above and beyond! I would recommend Doctor Durand to anyone who's tired of physicians at medical groups who, directed by administators, only give you 10 minutes of their time!

Dr “Edie” Durand is extremely concerned and compassionate. It’s rare to find a doctor this knowledgeable who also has such a lovely bedside manner. As a person who has a lot of medical mysteries going on ; I would highly recommend her for her insight and great care.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is based on dealing with the front desk only since I never got to see the actual doctor. What a disaster. These people have no idea what they’re doing. I call to make an appointment and they tell me I have to change my PCP to a Dr. Kleiner to see Dr. Durand bc she’s listed as not seeing new patients. I do that and schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment comes and the office is closed. Nobody called me. They said they did but my phone wasn’t able to receive messages...lol. I have voicemail set up and messages in my inbox as I type so that’s a lie. So they call me today and tell me I need to make Dr.Durand my PCP after they told me to change it to Dr.Kleiner. My appointment is less than 24 hours away so even if I changed it right now, it wouldn’t be valid in time for the appointment. Of course nobody ever said anything before, only today. Nobody could answer my questions when I asked about all of this. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a doctors office. If that’s the kind of service you get at this office it’s scary. What other possible incompetencies might one encounter? And after waiting all this time and very much needing to see a doctor I could’ve found someone else. Good luck to anyone trying to maneuver this matrix.

Dr Durand is my father Doctor and she saved his life few times , she is a great diagnostic with experience and patience. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good logical answer to medical situation She is the Best!!
