Good place for passport photos, very professional, experienced, and makes corrections for good quality photos. Only complaint is price for more than 2 of the same photos, usually you only need two but if you needed more paying full price for every set of two seems a bit steep. Otherwise great service! Update: Thank you for the transparency into the pricing landscape. This is definitely a business that cares about it's customers and I would recommend others to go here for quality passport photos! For context, main pricing difference I had been comparing that day was CVS next door, which was atually $16.99 for initial set of 2x and $2.99 for addition sets of 2x. It is also great to hear you provide a price break at higher sets, I remember asking if there were discounts for multiple sets and the answer I got at the time was unfortunately no (looking back, the final price charged also did not show a multi-set discount). Nevertheless, I do think the quality and professionalism of the service was top-notch and would come here again (if welcome) for future passport photo needs!

I run a law firm and this postal annex has been a vital partner to my business. I receive a ton of government mail and in three years of working with the annex, I have never had any issues receiving mail. I also use Fedex heavily and they are so great at supporting me with FedEx. Trinity and team are highly organized, conscientious, flexible, and caring. Even though I moved further north, I have chosen to remain with this annex because they have been so dependable. I can’t imagine getting better service elsewhere.

Lost mails and irresponsible owner. I rented a mail box in this place since middle of this year and have never received any mails since then. When I was comparing different mailbox rentals, the owner was trying to lure business by saying "You don't need to put the word 'mail box' as in other places, you can just put 'Ste C xxx' (xxx is the mailbox number) and that will make your business look more professional". I went there 3 times inquiring about the lost mails, the owner said it's either the post office's fault or the sender didn't write the correct address as she suggested. I confirmed the address again with her and mailed a post card to myself putting in the "correct address" with "Ste C xxx" as she suggested. One week later the mailbox is still empty (we all know that within the same state, it takes only 3 days for the post office to deliver). I talked to the owner again about the situation and her response was there was nothing she can do about it and there would be no refund if I canceled the contract. I am going to make another mail next week with a certified mail this time and get more information from the post office. If the post office confirmed this mailbox rental is undeliverable and she refused to refund, I will report the incidence to Better Business Bureau.

In regards to the store, it was clean, everything looked organized, and customers were in and out very quickly. There was never a line, and packages were handled with care. The prices are very worth it, especially in comparison to UPS and Fedex stores, and just like those stores, they sell boxes, packaging items, as well as quite a few trinkets. This place is fantastic, and I will be going here for all of my postal needs from now on. The ONLY reason I got on to write this review, though, was because of the experience that I had there. The staff here is outstanding. Deedee and Trinity were there to assist me when I had to fax quite a lot of things out, and they not only did it, but they were absolutely amazing talking keeping my 4 year old entertained while everything was faxed out. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service should be applauded. They also quickly handled other customers' needs while my things were being processed. If you're the GM and happen to be reading this, please give these two a raise. Every customer I saw that came in knew the ladies there, and the store clearly maintains a great customer base because of them.
