I was helped by Shirley in January 2022. She has assisted me a few times at this office. She is very friendly and professional, and always knows how to help. Since I work for a law firm, it is very important that my envelopes get to their destinations quickly. When she is helping me send my letters, I'm confident they'll arrive on time.

I went in here today 12/20/21 a few minutes before closing and a gentleman helped me print my documents, was very professional and polite and even stayed a touch late to help with my complicated order. I tried to leave him a tip but he informed me he couldn't accept it. So I thought the least I could do is give him a review. Thanks for the help and patience, I appreciate it!

Been there two times . Never had a good experience though staff was helpful. FedEx charges almost more than double of what UPS generally charges for the same services esp for printing . I was not aware of that . FedEx charges .65 cents for a b/w print while UPS charges .16 only ( 4 times ). Internet though if one uses only for a minute to download docs then all the time one takes to print will be counted as using internet . Color printer gives error so it is going to take some time . So better ask store person to do it and check estimates.
