I wanted something special for my Best Friend's 75th B'day. Was very specific about wanting a TALL arrangement., NOT your everyday bouquet with multiple flowers and lots of color. Less is more, that was what I specified. I just received a photo and was horrified to see a squat multiple colored arrangement. I could have gone to Safeway for $50.00 and got the same thing that cost me $200.00. SO DISAPOINTING!

Ordered these beautiful flowers for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved them. She said they are absolutely gorgeous and super fresh. Good value of money 100$ for the flowers and 15$ delivery charges.

I ordered 3 large bouquets of flowers on Tuesday for pickup the next day. When I went in to pick them up, they took my breath away--they were so beautiful! The lady who helped me was a delight and took care of my special order just as I had requested. Since we live in a different part of California, we were not familiar with this shop, but if we are ever in the Stanford area again and have need of flowers, this would be our go-to place!

I ordered an arrangement for administrative assistant day before the shop opened on 4/25/18. It is clearly written that you will not be able to select days that the shop is not able to deliver the order. I placed my order and then called at 1030 am to get an estimated delivery time. I was told "before 3pm." 3pm came and went. I called again and she said the delivery guy should be here at anytime.I explained that the person the flowers were to be delivered to leaves at 4pm. I called again at 330pm because there had been no delivery. I was told he should be here in 5 minutes. 356pm the flowers were delivered to the wrong building and the person who the flowers were ordered for, had to walk to pick them up. Now this shop is exactly 4.9 miles from the business it was to deliver to. The lady only kept saying that she had several orders. I told her when I called at 330 she could have told me how busy she was earlier in the day and I could have come and picked up the arrangement myself if they weren't able to deliver on time. The delivery fee was $20. I would not recommend ordering anything from this business and will certainly make sure that everyone I work with, to include the patient's families, know not to do business with this establishment. Poor service, poor customer service!!!!
