Where to start, would have chosen zero stars if I could. Pure disappointment from the beginning, progressively getting worse each minute inside this restaurant. First off, 11$ for a burger? Are you joking! Reading the awards on the walls seem to have no correspondence with this restaurant’s food. Cheapest and juiciest? Since when was the definition of juicy, drought dry? Left me scouring for water back and fourth every bite I took into my burger. And to top it all off, the customer service was truly atrocious; if you could even call this customer “service”. What’s the point of having a receipt if they forget everything on it..? I’m sorry to say since I’ve loved five guys since I was a child but I will NEVER be coming back to this “restaurant”.

Five Guys is a classic go to burger place. Something about the peanut oil makes their fries addictive. The service at this one is a little slower than other locations but the quality is still consistent. Staff is friendly and they actually check your order because mine always come out right.

We love Five Guys! We are a family of 6 (3 under 10), so order burgers for everyone and a large fries, and usually have leftovers. The shakes are absolutely a must have as well, our kids love the Oreo shake while I get coffee. I like the variety of shakes and the toppings for the burgers, ordered a la cart. The crew here is super friendly. We love going here!
