Largely ok, but does not allow any tones other than voice which are continuous. Multiple people cannot speak at the same time. Not much user friendly. The UX keeps changing between mobile and desktop platforms. At times unreliable.

I loved Zoom, for several months. But then I tried to upgrade and not only did NOT get webinars, now my plan back slid to Basic and I can only schedule 40 minute sessions. No one can answer the calls now and before the pandemic, the email support was great. Obviously not ready for the onslaught. Going to GoToMeeting. So hope it's better! This is my livelihood!

Hi Karen, you will need to upload zoom_0.mp4 for to a file sharing service or video sharing service like YouTube. There currently isn't a place to upload the file and share it in Cloud Recording.
