My son bought me a Frigidaire refrigerator in September of 2021. Blue plastic was not all removed; glue on the side of the refrigerator and freezer was cracked and it still gets frost in freezer. They came to fix it and added glue to the crack. Told me the refrigerator came from the manufacturer like that. They do need people who know what they are doing. My last refrigerator was over 20 years and it never had frost in freezer. He paid a lot of money for a piece of junk. I had other problems with Korvin and would never buy anything from them again. Don't even want them to come back again. I have written to the company complaining and can't wait for an answer. Going to call the company in a week. One star is one too many for Korvin but it would not post unless I added a star.

Had someone come to look at my stove that wasn’t preheating properly on a Monday and was told he’d have the part to make the fix in a few days. The visit was 15 minutes. The following Monday, after not hearing anything, I called back and was then told it would be at least another week before the part was even received. Called another company and they made the repair within 3 days and then I received a $120 bill from Korvin for the 15 minute visit they made with no service completed.

We have bought appliances from Korvin from years, primarily because their service is consistently exceptional. They go out of their way to help out and accommodate pressing needs and every employee we have encountered has been friendly, courteous, and competent. They did an excellent job delivering a large French door refrigerator today, dealing with tight spaces without so much as scratching a wall or door.
