I had never heard of this theater company..... My bad! My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful day at The Stage today. A stellar performance of August, Osage County, lunch at the SOFA food court up the street and a very nice walk around the neighborhood. The Stage is, in my humble opinion, a perfect venue. Intimate, great acoustics, excellent lighting, seating is tiered so everyone has a great view of the play. Will definitely get on their mailing list.

Very cute small theatre. The patrons are basically sitting on the stage and really feel like a part of the show. If you like live theatre, support them!

I discovered San Jose Stage several years ago, by accident. My wife & I were looking to add some entertainment to our lifestyle and thought to check out the performing arts scene in San Jose. A friend recommended San Jose Stage and we were blow away. We love the intimacy of the venue and literally every seat has a great view of the stage. The staff is helpful and engaging. Just about every performance revalidates our decision to become annual members and will continue to do so.

Hi Kaye - The Lieutenant of Inishmore runs approximately 90-95 minutes. There is no intermission for this show.
