HIGHLY recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change at Troy location on Rochester Road. The guys that serviced my car were extremely professional, nice and friendly. I was greeted and welcomed upon arrival, the wait was short, and was given oil options to choose from that would best fit the needs of my engine. Prices were reasonable and was given a coupon without even having to ask. Best of all, the guys didn’t sit and attempt to upsell me things I didn’t need like most other service stations. I highly recommend Valvoline to anyone looking for an oil change, and can honestly say I will continue to use Valvoline going forward for any service needed on my car! P.S…turns out my father who knows almost anything about cars also uses Valvoline by his house, and praised them as well.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Not recommend here at all!!!!! They told me that they changed my air filter and then charged me for that!!! I found out and went back there and they told me they didn't have it in stock!!!! SO why you charging your customer for the service/part you don't have and can't offer???? Zero customer service I would never ever recommend here for oil change service
