Dont move here, they are tricking you with the price.. This management is so lazy, that 2 years ago they closed the pool because someone died in it, with a petition they switched the area to a "puppy park", but all they did is they filled up the pool with dirt (to save money). The puppy park has the same fence, a medium size dog can easily walk through, the entrance is single gated so if someone comes in your dog can run out. Uhm... you remember when I said they are lazy, let me rephrase that. There is 3 Karen I'm the office, so you already have a lost chance. Anything you ask them to do is a lost chance and you will be attacked back with non-existant noise complaints, complaints that you are trashy. The car of the resident is magically picked up by a towing company and yeah, with the slightest mistake they will take you to court. For the same price go and find a house to rent ANYWHERE.

I have lived here over a year now-I have not seen anything bad happen. It is very quiet! I am staying another year-because I really like it here. The rent is not bad at all. Its cheaper than where I lived before. The maintenance team is great! The office staff has always been very helpful from day one. If anyone is upset with Aspen-maybe its you that is the problem.

Don't waste your time with Aspen Hill. As a current resident for the past 3 years (I was waiting for my town home) I can attest to all the issues you will encounter; All the heating registers are in front of the windows, which is weird for obvious reasons. The paint used in the bathrooms is cheap latex, There are stink bugs! At any time in the year (summer, expect to find at least 10 a week if not more) The walls are very thin and for apartments that have storage units with the HVAC system stored in it, there will be mold in your air vents, they'll tell you its not. Management/leasing office is very basic and not friendly at all. If you live on the second floor be prepared for leaks from above, and your neighbors to knock telling you although you dont have anything running. The pool no longer exists, albeit a child drowned a few summers ago, the space stands empty. The playground is a poor excuse; 2 swings and a jungle gym thats currently not safe. The rent is too expensive for the property to have so few amenities for you to enjoy.

Nice size bedrooms and the master is HUGE! Our unit has no W/D, so that's no fun. The walls and floors are thin. Quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping. Small playground, basketball and tennis court and a good size pool. Maintenece is really nice and so is the staff. We moved in at the end of 2011 and are just here till we buy a house.
