Great store. Pharmacist that’s on late shift is nice and helpful. Store clerks are nice too.

This is a very busy store and I understand it but the length of time waiting on a script is ridiculous, the pharmacy doesn't answer the phone if u have a question, it's become a pathetic Rite Aide, well the pharmacy anyway, I will change pharmacies very soon enough

I've been coming to this pharmacy for the past two years. The service is always slow, which I understand due to the labor shortage, however the associates that are working tend to chat and joke amongst themselves and let the customers in line (and the drive through) wait until they're done. The line for the drive-thru is always incredibly long and extremely slow moving. The associates never know what they're doing and mess up the prescriptions a LOT. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through today and had to park and go inside because they messed up my ONE prescription. Maybe train the associates better or have them chat when there aren't 6 cars lined up at the drive through.

Technically you are not supposed to. They are not going to harm you but the reading may not be as accurate.

Can I get my meds earlier than the script date?

If the meds are a controlled substance then its usually no more than 2 days early at pharmacist discretion. It also depends on your insurance if you have any. Other meds its insurance if applicable and pharmacist judgement.
