My son got a great haircut from Shay today. He came in wanting one thing and I wanted another. She was able to give him a compromise of our two styles perfectly. She has been our favorite for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable. We both left very happy customers.

It is hard to find someone who knows how to cut short hair and make it look feminine - but Debbie is a pixie-vixen!! I've used her exclusively for the past 6 months (cuts about every 4-5 weeks). It's great to be able to check to see if she is available by logging into the Supercuts site and reserving a time before driving over. I highly recommend Debbie for all your pixie-needs!

I was horrified about my husband's haircut. The stylist did a horrible job! I made him go back to have her fix the uneven top, but there was nothing that could be done to fix his hair line across his neck that she buzzed unevenly two inches above his ears!!! I sent a direct complaint online to customer service asking for a refund and NO ONE even responded to me. Never again!

It was just ok. I got my haircut here twice and that's enough. Both times were 2 different people and I wasn't impressed. I'm not a hair stylist so I'll try to explain the best way I can. Because I've gotten great haircuts other places which I won't name and that's how I know it's the level of experience from the stylist. Both times my hair just didn't lay right and it seemed choppy and uneven. When getting a closer look in the mirror there was a half inch difference from one side to the other around my ear ( side burn ). Nothing I couldn't fix but makes me wonder what were they looking at. They were both very nice and friendly girls but that doesn't make a good haircut. Now it wasn't the worst haircut but it certainly was very far from one of a better cut.
