Big Lots has made some big improvements at this location. The store seems to be more organized and kept tidier than before. It's clear they were going for a Marshall's or T.J. Maxx vibe which they mostly achieved (they fall short in the clothing department which is minimal and the clothes are pretty cheap for the most part) I think the food section is either very tiny now or gone completely because I don't remember seeing it. There's some cool and fun stuff to find here that is decent qualify and reasonably priced. Stop by for the end of season sale to get something frivolous for half off!

Terrible experience. Took a trip to big lots to buy some Christmas decorations with my family. Had lots of sale signs - one of which said “25 percent off Christmas trees on our already low prices” - then had the Christmas tree we were interested in with a price tag CLEAR AS DAY that stated $120. Some lady Lisa was extremely rude with her mask not covering her nose saying that the 25% off sign said 25% off original price - when the sign CLEARLY stated 25% off “already low prices”. If you did not plan on giving 25% off of the ticketed price that was literally connected to the tree, then why even have that price tag on it?? Her excuse was “that was last weeks sale” and my reply was that that was your mistake not ours, but she still refused to give any discount when she was clearly in the wrong. Left the store and she continued to leave the price tag on the tree. Terrible manager - worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any store. Ever. Lisa’s fault. Tall gentleman behind the cash register was the only good thing about the store. Very polite.. unlike Lisa.
