My mother and I stopped in to look around. We were not greeted, nor ever asked if we needed help. There were other associates, some helping customers, some doing non-customer related things. It looked like there was a store visit, as two people with briefcases came from the back and appeared to be higher up managers (I worked as a manager in retail a number of years, they looked the part- however they did not act it. They never even looked at my mother and I, though were were only feet from them). I was searching all through the store looking for a particular makeup, and never got asked or even acknowledged to see if I needed assistance. Then when we finally went to checkout, the lady checking me out eventually asked if I found everything okay- I told her no, because nobody asked me. She said she was sorry and put a freebie in my bag (which they always do anyway). Poor customer service, they didn't appear to be too busy considering the amount of customers and employees. If they were busy, simply acknowledging we were there would've been helpful. This store is so large they should have employees captaining a zone or rotating in the front fixtures to greet/assist customers.

Erica sent me to the doctors. I hope they fired her. Scalp was bleeding and she left chemicals smeared all over my scalp and sent me home without washing them out ...manager offered a new 200 dollar treatment but I never want to go back to Ulta again. My scalp still hurts from 3 hour rough treatment and abuse. Their insurance offer was an insult which I have refused until I find an attorney. I would not send a dog into that salon to see Erica.

Never ever going back again. Erica was very rough, my scalp bleeding. Also, she left chemicals on my scalp the shouldn't even touch skin which burned my skin and told me not to wash for 3 days! The product adhered over my scalp/ scabs from Erica scraping my scalp for almost 3 hours and (was bleeding)and would not come off for weeks. I went to a doctor. She gave me prescriptions.The entire scalp was raw. I have photos. ..and months later it hurts. I have salon PTSD. Of course they instantly gave me a redo worth the original $200 but I have already had nightmares about this place and they offered me a settlement! However the offer was an insult...I am so weary and wary of them and I am looking for an attorney. I am sad. This should not happen to anyone who only wanted nice hair. Worst part is my daughter gave me the treatment as a gift and now she feels so guilty. I was afraid to wash my hair the first night because I didn't want to waste the money she works so hard for even though it burned so bad. Called the salon next day about it and they told me wash it out. Since I was in the area I went in and they saw for themselves.....Erica was not there thank God. I hope she was fired.

I think I have seen the ones that have a stand but not sure about one that suctions directly to the bathroom mirror.
