Keowee place is an amazing facility and the staff are wonderful. They truly care for their residents and go above and beyond to provide for the residents. The facility is clean and has a very home like feeling.

I visited Keowee Place on a day when they were honoring veterans. It was an extremely touching ceremony and one which clearly moved the hearts of those being honored. I watched the loving interactions of the staff as they seated residents in the dining room for lunch and when they passed them in the hallways slipping them a hug as we passed by on our tour of the building. I watched the interactions with executive staff and nursing care and was surprised by the ease with which they worked together. A lovely room in a high end facility with multiple activities, can appear to be "the place" for your loved one. Do not be deceived by glitz. Look for the deeper attributes: caring staff who work as a team.

This is truly the most rewarding job I have ever had. I absolutely love coming in to work with the amazing staff and the sweetest residents. It is truly like a big family here. Our director is so dedicated to each and every resident that lives here and we all make sure they know that they are loved!

I worked there about a year and a half ago. The residents were WONDERFUL!! The staff was so AWFUL, RUDE, Iquit! I been doing this 25 years and this was THE most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I EVER seen!! I feel so sorry for the residents!!
