As I got to the first window, which was closed, I saw jobs that needed filling in this McDonald's. The wait was a bit long, but I must commend the few employees that were on hand for their diligence and determination to feed the masses. These employees deserve a raise, a bonus, and benefits.

When I say worst customer service out their I mean it, if you go inside no one tends to the front counter they will look at you and go to the back. Then if you waiting on food probably about 15 minutes or more, yes I understand they can be busy but others do it quicker. Basically their is being short handed and then being just plain out lazy. Also just about the entire staff are rude and just nasty to you. ….. Update just went back and when I say they have an attitude for you even ordering I mean come on I am a customer treat me like a customer just rude

Tried to dine in and stood there 10 mins with no acknowledgement. All the employees were joking around by the drive through area. When my hubby asked if they had anyone working the front. One employee told him to "get out my face" while still standing by the drive through. The absolutely rudest people we ever seen. I would not spend my money there. We went down the road 2 block and met a great crew at Bojangles.

McDonald’s is clearly fast food and cheap so can’t complain much but you think they’d be able to make a cheeseburger right. Asked for mayo and ketchup and cheese only. The picture explains the rest. Just nasty and careless.

Could be short on workers not everyone wants to work fast food. Also if you have any tips to make it better I'd love to hear any suggestions I will take to the manager and try to help with your problems.

All employees are wearing masks and wearing gloves. They say that there is more frequent hand washing but I can't attest to that bit. They also do not allow customers inside the building. Period.
I believe they have changed it recently so brkfst is available 24/7. I like french fries & they don't serve those until 11. Sometimes I'll slide in a few minutes early & they may or may not have them ready. As far as wrong orders, McD's are better than other drive thrus I've experienced. If you bring the error to their attention they are pleasant & prompt about correcting it.
All 24 hr restaurants usually have about an HR period they shut down clean and adjust everything it's usually really early in the morning when almost no one will be there anyway. Even bigger places like Walmarts do it so not only on the fast food industry.
