I normally enjoy getting Duck Donuts from this establishment, but today was a disappointment. We went in to try the St Patricks day assortment and on the advertisement for the donut pack, the lucky charm donuts had at least 5-6 or more marshmallows on each donut. So, thinking we were getting the donuts that were advertised, we ordered the pack. When we went to look at the donuts, the person in charge of our order was trying to quickly put on the lid so we couldn't see what we were getting. We asked to look at them closer. Begrudgingly, she showed us the donuts. Two of the lucky charm donuts did not have a single marshmallow on them, and the other lucky charm had one single marshmallow. We asked her "where are the marshmallows?" she said "oh, we're out". Then my mom noticed more lucky charm marshmallows in a container and said "but what about those over there?". The employee then acted way bothered and way annoyed with us, grabbed the container and put a measily two marshmallows on each of the other lucky charm donuts. She was acting like we were the problem for her company's lack of product. May be taking our business elsewhere with the snootiness thats at Duck Donuts nowadays. Here is the picture of what our donuts looked like after we simply asked for marshmallows.

Went to get some donuts with the kids and a coffee for the wife and over heard a manger be little an employee who I saw going above and beyond and being very polite to the customers, eventually that employee who was treated awfully disappeared to the back to clean I suppose, this manger then proceeded to tell all the other staff on duty they did a wonderful job minus the poor employee kicked to the side. I used to work in customer service as a young adult and refuse to support an establishment who under minds their younger staff. Do better Duck Donuts.

One of two of my son's favorite local donut places! Duck Donuts always has hot and fresh donuts. My family's favorites include the Boardwalk and the Beach Ball. The shop is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Pleasantly not crowded in the mornings. The location, with its proximity to the movie theater, Costco, Trader Joe's, and Torchy's is unbeatable.

These are great donuts. They are made fresh to order, and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. Personally, i love the one with bacon on it, with maple icing and salted caramel, it's so good. The French toast one is also deceptively good, as is anything with their peanut butter icing. They are dense but light and fluffy at the same time, i know that doesn't make sense but sometimes fried goodies don't need to make sense.

As usual, MUST wear face mask in store and don't touch the menus. In-store dinning not yet allowed.
I have seen them put out coupons in local newspapers and online.
It's $1.40
