Grandmarc is in a good location for students. It's close to grounds and even close to the corner for good walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The Grandmarc is an extensive facility with lovely accommodations. The rooms are spacious and laid out in a very nice fashion, the management team is prompt with their responses and quick to respond to the call for help, there is a gym and pool facility and not to mention, the location is fantastic for quick transportation to and from campus.

GrandMarc is great place to live for students. Grounds is a short walk away which makes it super convenient. It’s near the corner as well. The staff is very polite, so I highly recommend Grandmarc for students looking for housing.

Permitted animals must weigh no more than 50 lbs. Aggressive breeds are not permitted, such breeds including, but not limited to the following: Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull, Chow, Wolf Hybrid and Bull Mastiff. Exotic animals, including but not limited to exotic birds, snakes, ferrets, parrots and toucans are not permitted. No more than one animal is permitted in a Bedroom and no more than two animals are permitted in an Apartment. We require a $400 one time pet fee and $35 / month pet rent.
